Great stay with a view!

Loved staying here! Check-in was super smooth and I was treated to some ginger tea while waiting. The room was spacious with a fantastic view of Taipei 101. The bed was super comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, though I'd wish they had a bit more variety. Just a heads up, cleanliness in the buffet could be better.

We had an incredible time at this hotel with our large family of 20! Our stay in the Deluxe King Room was delightful, featuring a cozy layout and a spacious bathroom. The rooftop heated pool was a fantastic bonus, and the Horizon Club privileges made our experience truly special.

My children wanted more activities tailored for families. A family-friendly kids' area would have been a nice touch.

I loved the spaciousness of the Deluxe King Room. The bedding felt luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Having a fantastic view of Taipei 101 made my stay even better. The hotel's location wasn’t ideal. it took about 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest MRT station. The breakfast options had many choices, but I found them a bit lackluster in quality. While the atmosphere at breakfast felt overcrowded, the staff remained friendly and attentive. Service at the hotel was top-notch, with room service being prompt and efficient. The rooftop pool provided stunning views but was a bit chilly for my liking. Overall, while I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, there's definitely room for improvement in the dining experience and location convenience.
